Q: What is your favorite type of service or job to do?
A: Oftentimes, dirty jobs are the most fun because you can see the results, and they are so satisfying when you can see the before and after difference.
Q: What has been your most valuable course for IICRC certification?
A: All of the Carpet Cleaning courses. The teacher was so much fun and he would share a lot of his experience and tell his own stories, and it is cool to learn from someone in the business for so many years (30+).
Q: What is your philosophy about customer service?
A: There are a number of things, but you have to know your stuff to be able to help. I think the biggest part is to work hard and work as long as it takes to get results.
