Apartment appointments have a $249 minimum because portable equipment may be needed. Other residential appointments have a $199 minimum.

2 · Arrival window

The windows below are samples, not live availability, and selecting one does not reserve an appointment.
Choose an arrival window at least 24 hours ahead and within the next 30 days.
Weekend appointments are by request and must be confirmed by the Dream Steam team.
Saturday and Sunday have no online arrival windows. Please contact our team to request a weekend appointment.
Arrival windows are an estimation of when our crew will arrive. We will call you when we're either leaving the shop or finishing the appointment ahead of yours to give you a more accurate arrival window time.
Actual days and arrival windows will be set with your team and checked against a private online booking calendar before booking is enabled.

We accept requests throughout Minnesota. If you are outside the Twin Cities metro, a Dream Steam team member will call to confirm availability and your arrival window before your appointment is final.
