We were very pleased when the carpet cleaner came on time and introduced himself upon arrival. He asked us what we wanted done and we told him and he went to work right away. He did a thorough job and asked if we wanted him to clean any other way. We answered and he left shortly afterwards. People tracked in a lot of salt on their shoes during the winter... it got ground into the carpeting in our church sanctuary, could not be vacuumed up and looked terrible.  Robert cleaned the whole thing and did a fantastic job!  He was on time, courteous, professional, skilled, and communicated well with me from start to finish about the project. Another Update 1/14/26. Joe Payette works miracles again. I called Joe regarding deep cleaning tile grout. Joe came out to the house and turned Filthy disgusting grout into practically like new condition.  I new he could clean it but I never imagined that it would turn out so incredible. Once again, Thank you Joe and Dream Steam! See pics below. Update 2/7/24 Once again Dream Steam has taken amazing care of us. Joe came out today and cleaned three bedrooms and the living room/dining room. It looks like new! 👍 Carpet cleaning companies seem to be really hit or miss but Joe and Dream Steam are always Top Notch quality and professional. Joe cares so much and is the nicest and most personable guy ever. I highly recommend these guys for your carpet cleaning needs. Thanks again. Dream Steam has once again surpassed our expectations! We were in a time crunch getting ready to list our property and Joe came through for us. The carpets look like new again. We have tried other companies in the past but will never call any other company going forward. We refer everyone we know to Dream Steam and will continue to do so.
